How to order, shipping, payment, complaints, terms of sale and privacy.

How to order

1. Choose products in the shop and click Add to cart.
2. In the cart, check the items, choose delivery and enter your details (for EU businesses – your VAT number).
3. Click Send order. You will receive an e-mail with your order number.
4. We reply with availability, shipping cost and delivery time. After your approval we send a pro forma invoice.
5. We ship after receiving payment.

Order status

Use the order status form, write to sklep@avelkor.pl or call +48 511 956 011 with your order number. After dispatch we send you the tracking number by e-mail.

Shipping

We ship from Poland across the EU and worldwide by courier or freight forwarder. The shipping cost depends on weight, size and destination and is quoted in our order confirmation, before you pay. Pickup is free of charge. Delivery terms (e.g. DAP, EXW) are agreed in the quote. Customs duties and import taxes outside the EU are paid by the buyer unless agreed otherwise.

Payment

• Bank transfer based on a pro forma invoice (EUR or PLN), payment term 7 days.
• Prices are in EUR excluding VAT. EU business customers with a valid VAT number (checked in VIES): intra-Community supply, reverse charge (0% Polish VAT). Consumers and buyers without a valid EU VAT number: VAT according to EU rules.
• Our bank account number is given only on the pro forma and invoice. If you ever receive a message about a “changed bank account”, call us before paying.

Complaints and returns

If a product is faulty, use the complaint form or write to sklep@avelkor.pl with your order number, a description and photos. We reply within 14 days and arrange collection for justified complaints at our cost.

Warranty: 24 months on AVELKOR welders and blowers (wear parts such as heating elements, carbon brushes, nozzles and rollers are excluded); spare parts available for at least 5 years. Consumers additionally have the statutory 2-year guarantee of conformity.

Right of withdrawal (consumers): consumers may withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving a reason, by sending us a clear statement (e.g. by e-mail). The consumer pays the direct cost of returning the goods; we refund the payment, including the standard delivery cost, within 14 days. Business customers – please contact us before returning anything.

Terms of sale

1. Seller: ARTHOMES Sp. z o.o., ul. Jarzębinowa 10, 11-034 Stawiguda, Poland, KRS 0000610303, VAT PL7393883660, REGON 364085282, share capital PLN 50,000. AVELKOR is a brand of the Seller.
2. Product information on the website is an invitation to make an offer. A contract is concluded when the customer accepts our order confirmation (by e-mail or by paying the pro forma invoice).
3. The binding price, shipping cost and delivery time are those stated in our order confirmation.
4. Rental of equipment is available in Poland only and is governed by a separate rental agreement.
5. For business customers, statutory warranty for defects (rękojmia) is excluded; the 24-month manufacturer's warranty applies.
6. Polish law applies. For consumers, this does not remove the protection granted by the mandatory provisions of the law of their country of residence. Disputes with business customers are settled by the court competent for the Seller's registered office.

Privacy and cookies

The data controller is ARTHOMES Sp. z o.o. (contact: sklep@avelkor.pl). We process the data you give us to handle your order (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), for invoicing and accounting (Art. 6(1)(c), kept for 5 years), for complaints and claims (Art. 6(1)(f)), and your IP address to protect our forms against spam (Art. 6(1)(f)). We share data only with carriers, our hosting and e-mail provider, our accountants and banks, as needed. You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, and you may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (in Poland: UODO, uodo.gov.pl).

Cookies: we do not use advertising or analytics cookies. Your cart is stored only in your browser's local storage until you send an order. Fonts are served from our own server – no third-party font service is used. Details in Polish: Polityka prywatności.
